Why should I choose your MasterClass?

Should I wait until I have a property before I take your MasterClass? Who is this MasterClass for?

This course is all about showing you the path with transparency to success in this field and could potentially change the way you decide to plan and or finance and or approach this field in your own unique way! Do you offer payments?

Of course! We understand (and believe in!) this personal investment. We will have multiple payment plans available. 

I have a different design aesthetic...  Is this MasterClass still for me? 

Absolutely. This course is not only the facts and methods behind success but when it comes to design our ethos and methods are more about you channeling you with others in mind to create magnetism between you and those who would LOVE to visit your boutique stay. There are so many different travel budgets, aesthetics, and locations in the world. Time to think about how yours could be exactly what the world is looking for!

What is the format of the class?

We are here to inform you and be transparent with you. We share our most authentically though video format.  ********************************************************

Yes, videos are a big part of your experience here, but it’s so much more. In each chapter, we sit down together (in my video lecture) and I talk you through the topic and demo at hand. After the overview, we dive in deep with lessons, homework, case studies we follow through the course, exercises, and community. This course is dedicated to being the best school you can find for studying the short term rentals without forgetting it is a business as well as an art. Our job outside of teaching you, is to find the best people out there doing what they do so they can teach me and I can give it to you. 

Does this work for locations outside the USA?

Absolutely. As international hosts we can tell you that this course is designed for all properties that humans want to experience all over the world. We truly feel you will be able to reach and convert the stays you need in your area of the world to be successful!

Will you be covering best practices on how to purchase in other countries?

Yes.  We will have a whole section about our experience purchasing internationally along with tips and tricks on how you can do it as well. 

But what if I want to teach boutique stay courses or subscriptions, too? Can I still take the class? 

While we support everyone’s unique voice speaking in their own wisdoms and in their own way, this course is made from our trial and error and thousands of our unique experiences and methods we have formulated in this field. As such taking the information here to teach it else where is not only plagiarism but also it is a breach of the legal agreement you enter into before purchasing this course. This is for personal use only. We respect you and your dreams. Please respect us and our content. 

It’s a big investment for me...

This absolutely makes sense. And we agree. It is a big investment. And we know it is more than worth what you have the potential to do exponentially. We have priced this course just at the spot where we feel we are both giving immensely and it being energetically reciprocal. 

What I can say that if I calculate the hours, the knowledge, the methods into dollar amounts it is worth thousands upon thousands (more than 235k this year in fact), and it is important to realize that trial and error means time and money. We are saving both- what do you value your time and money at? I wanted to make sure this course felt like a no brainer- something that we ourselves would invest in and we have done just that. We want you to succeed, save your time and money. 

What about lending, insurance, CC&Rs, etc?

Thankfully we have a huge background in the world of real estate, and we can direct you on who and how to get all this information. We even have connections if you want a realtor you can trust for your goals! Legally what we can’t advise on we can tell you who to go to, to get in information you need! 

How does this MasterClass work? Can I ask specific questions related to me while taking the course? 

We have multiple ways for you to be heard and to get takeaways from our expertise. Of course we hope our course answers every single question and angle you may have or want to explore during our class lessons but we do offer the opportunity for submissions for questions about our course content and field to be asked at the end of modules. 

Additionally, for a consulting fee, those who want more guidance or support we will offer blocks of time for phone call consulting at 30 minute blocks *only* for those who those only who have taken our course.
